I am putting this comment from Straw in my file for "things that come back to bite you in the bum".
I find it interesting that our Foriegn Secretary feels the need to come out with a coment like this already. Probably a little warning shot to the states, that there is no way Britain could help out with this operation.

Sorry, but I am an ultra-sceptic now. I remember Colon Powell telling us all that Iraq was not a threat, that it had been contained and there was no need to attack it. 9/11 later and everything changed.
I hate to say it, but the fact that more terrorist have been created in this world, and the anger felt by some quarters means we probably will see another terrorist atrocity in the next couple of years. That may be the signal for Irans turn.
I still hope I will be a wagon wheel down in two years!
