If the Scots want their own parliament, just fine, if the Welsh, go for it, the Cornish (now we really are being ridiculous).

Probably this should be given serious consideration, because if England votes OUT and Scotland, NIreland or Wales vote IN, one has a difficult situation on one's hands, unless that is you are like me and see it as a win win situation.
