Default Dejected members frustrated with UKIP

I have just had a dejected member on the phone. For years he has offered ideas to UKIP and UKIP has taken none of them up. I think it is true that our head office has not, unfortunately come of age at the same pace as the rest of the party. I hear they are not organised and probably its true. Apparently they have called for PPCs to come forward but are unable to process the interest being shown.

I want to say this to people frustrated with UKIP. What UKIP needs are committed people, people who care about independence more than differences in opinion about gays or immigration or whatever, who regardless of the leadership will still support and vote UKIP (we are the only party going for withdrawal from the EU). We need campaign teams, leafleteers and we need PPCs. Dont think that anything else is more important right now, because it isnt.

I cannot understand people who leave UKIP in a trantrum. It is a greater betrayal than voting for a pro-EU party. How many French resistance fighters threw down their sten guns in a fit because head office didnt answer their appeal for help, not many I imagine.
