al-Zarqawi only murders in the name of Islam. It is not Islam in itself. When people find the Muslims leaving in their midst repugnant because of the actions of some raving sociopaths thousands of miles away, they are getting upset at the wrong people. In a way, it's human nature. I can understand that, but understanding must prevail. There are indeed a FEW Muslims in some countries that want to do harm, but it is only a small percentage. People become upset with Muslims for not speaking out against terrorism, but they are scared. After 9/11, Muslims in the US went almost INTO phpbb_hiding they were so scared of being abused for a crime they did not commit. Some degenerates even went around throwing firebombs INTO phpbb_mosques and shooting Sikhs just because they wear turbans. A Coptic Christian was murdered just because he looked Arab. Muslims aren't fools. They know that Western society views them with suspicion and almost derision. It makes me think of the history of anti-semitism. People thought that Jews were more loyal to the whole of Judaism than to whatever country in which they lived. This is still true today, but the prejudice now includes Islam. People think that because a terrorist mutilates someone and posts it on the internet that every Muslim sympathizes with the crime or would even do it themselves if given the chance and it just is not true.
